It’s always a treat to dine here and get some of the best sushi you will experience in the Florida area. The chefs do a wonderful job with their craft making every piece unique. Definitely the best sushi in winter garden. “Hands down!” Get that reservation and give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I’m very impressed with the quality of the food here. My first top three items are salmon, scallops and eel. It was so tasty, juicy and like melted in your mouth. I normally don’t like sea urchins but here is very tasty too. All the chefs are very friendly. For the one who never been here you can park the at the public parking and walk inside the market place.

This is by far THE best sushi place in Orlando! Chef David and his team do a phenomenal job with the entire meal, as every bite is absolutely incredible! The price is also a fraction of the cost in comparison to similar other places in town. Not to forget, they're also in the Michelin Guide. An absolute must do dining experience for sashimi lovers!

The best sushi I’ve had in many years, and the best sushi experience I’ve had maybe ever. David was phenomenal as a host and a chef, and even the non-fish eater in our group had several pieces and enjoyed them. Looking forward to returning.

Everything was great from beginning to end. My husband and I enjoyed every single piece of the toro carpaccio as well as the 10 piece omekase set. My 6 y.o. daughter loved her handrolls and salmon collar. Shout out to our chef for being such a sweetheart putting up with our cranky 1.5 y.o. (she didn't sleep at all during our 6.5 hr flight this morning.) He whipped up avocado and sushi rice bowl just for her and she almost finished it. If our schedule weren't so packed for the week we wouldn't mind driving out here again for another meal. Definitely on our list next time we're in town!

Food was great. Nice variety of flavors which is different than standard sushi. The chef explained the ingredients to each piece. We got the 14 piece omakase. I thought it was worth it for a once a year dinner celebration. My favorites were the king salmon, Japanese scallop, toro, colossal shrimp, and A5 wagyu if you were just choosing what you wanted. We’ll come back next year for sure.

Norigami is an absolute gem! Chef David and Austin provided an unforgettable dining experience that my wife and I will cherish. I indulged in the 10-course Omakase, which is meticulously curated by Chef David. Each dish was a revelation, with flavors that exploded in my mouth and textures that melted like butter. Chef David even took the time to confirm our preferences before starting, ensuring a personalized experience. My wife ordered off the menu, and each bite she took was filled with delight. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients were impeccable. This is a culinary adventure everyone should experience at least once. Trust me, once you visit Norigami, you’ll be eager to return. Highly recommended!

I visited Norigami yesterday with my family and it was absolutely superb. Hands down easily the best sushi I've ever had in my life. All the fish tasted so clean and fresh, even my brother who doesn't eat sushi or fish had multiple nigiri's and said it was delicious. The executive chef David so great to me and my group as well as Austin. This was our first time dining at this kind of restaurant and they answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. There was a third chef there who wasn't friendly to my group like David and Austin were. Chef David recommended the popcorn hamachi and we were so glad we ordered it. It was one of our favorites. The hamachi tasted so clean, the plate was well balanced with the acidity from the avocado and sweetness from the popcorn cream. Who would've thought to make cream with popcorn? Absolutely crazy but after I tasted it, it's genius! Chef Austin was great to us as well - he gave us all the Shimaji with scallion puree and matcha salt on the house. One of the best bites of sushi I've had in a very long time. This one is a must order just like the hamachi. The cucumber salad is also delicious, highly recommend! I could keep going and going on this review but I'll save you time, just make the trip and you won't regret it. We can't wait to come back, we will be back very soon. Thank you Chef David and Austin!
